My love affair with food began when I was a little girl. Even at a young age, my passion and curiosity combined with my Mediterranean heritage to help me create unique and exquisite dishes from Southern Europe, the Middle East and other international regions. I delight in making food an experience, and love taking each dish to the next level. My guests and clients guest are all brought along with me on a culinary adventure not soon to be forgotten.
I studied at the International Culinary School of the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale and received a Bachelor’s Degree in International Culinary Arts. After completing my studies, I began a very successful catering business with clientele ranging from larger corporations to individual clients with specific dietary needs. I have enjoyed working with a variety of people along my food journey and cannot wait to see what else the future has in store!
More recently, my passion for my heritage has resulted in the creation of my new line of Traditional Mediterranean Garlic Sauces. There are currently three flavors to choose from: Original Garlic Sauce, Sweet Honey and Roasted Red Pepper. Charine’s Mediterranean Garlic Sauce can be used as a sauce for different meats, seafood, and poultry but is popular as a spread for sandwiches and vegetable dips. The sauces are so versatile that there are many other ways to use it that I have not discovered yet.
I appreciate you wanting to learn about the business that I have dedicated so much time and work to. One of my favorite aspects of cooking has been creating and developing original meals. However, the most rewarding part of the business has always been hearing how loved my dishes and recipes have become among my family, friends and clients.
